Mouse Brags from Boise, Idaho
Mouse showed very well in Boise, Idaho, and came home with a few brags.
She took WB from the open class on Thursday for a point.
On Friday Mouse took WB and BOS for two points. On Friday I had her entered in the American Bred class, because they were holding groups and a best in show for the best american bred dog. Mouse won the Pom American Bred competition AND won the American Bred toy group. What a day for the Mouse!
On Saturday, Mouse took WB again from the open class for another point. On Sunday she was entered in the puppy class as they were holding a best puppy competition on that day. She went reserve from the puppy class and also won best puppy in breed out of three puppies. We didn't stay for the group competition as it was the last group of the day, and it was a seven hour trip just to get home.
So...Mouse ended up coming home with four points and another reserve, which brings her reserve total to eleven and her point total to five. She's going to be hunting for majors very soon. :)

Ronald Gets a Group 2
My new champion, Ronald, has been shown just a few times for fun since he finished his AKC championship. While showing in Carson City, Nevada, over the weekend, Ronald took best of breed on Sunday and went on to take a group two under judge Charles E. Trotter. Mr. Trotter also gave me a breed win with Ronald's daddy, Vinnie, last year. It was nice to have a judge put up both father and son as best of breed winners. I felt truly honored.
My little squirt Mouse also showed over the weekend and took another reserve win, which brings her reserve win total to 10. Hopefully, another win will be coming soon, otherwise she's going to end up a reserve queen.
